Moov's card issuing solution allows you to create a spending card program with virtual cards.
A Moov wallet can serve as a funding source for issuing prepaid virtual cards, which can then be used to spend funds from the wallet. Spending cards can be issued as reloadable or single-use cards.
Note that Moov only issues Visa prepaid cards at this time, which can transact on the Visa and Shazam networks.
