Moov's card issuing solution allows you to create a spending card program with virtual cards.
A Moov wallet can serve as a funding source for issuing prepaid virtual cards, which can then be used to spend funds from the wallet. Spending cards can be issued as reloadable or single-use cards.
If you would like to test spending cards, you can simulate card authorizations, clearings, and reversals in test mode.
Note that Moov only issues Visa prepaid cards at this time, which can transact on the Visa and Shazam networks.
