Sources

A source is a bank account, card, or wallet linked to a Moov account. Moov generates payment methods from each source, and transfers reference those payment methods.

Source vs payment method: you link a source once (it has a bankAccountID or cardID), and Moov creates one payment method for each way that source can move money, such as ach-debit-collect or push-to-card, based on its verification status and the account's capabilities. Transfers always use a paymentMethodID; see payment methods for every type and the list payment methods endpoint to find one.
