Disputes
View and manage disputes from the Dashboard.
Navigate to Transfers > Disputes in the Dashboard. The disputes section will list the following details of all disputes:
- Amount
- Date of dispute
- Merchant account
- The dispute reason code, phase, and status
- Dispute ID
Filter disputes
You can filter disputes by status, phase, and disputed date. You can also search disputes using the dispute ID or transfer ID.
Dispute details
Opening the details of a dispute will show you additional transfer details, such as the entire transfer timeline, the respond by date, and the transfer ID.
